Privacy Policy

This policy sets out how personal data belonging to visitors of maiorskikh.ru and clients of the Maiorskikh Automation Bureau is processed, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of July 27, 2006.

the name you provide;
contact details: phone number, email address, Telegram username;
the content of your inquiry (the text of your request or chat message).

contacting you regarding a request or question you've left;
preparing a proposal for your project;
fulfilling a contract, once work has begun.

4. Legal Basis

Processing is carried out on the basis of your consent (Art. 6, 152-FZ). You give this consent by leaving your contact details in the site chat, in an inquiry form, or through the Bureau's messenger channels. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by emailing info@maiorskikh.ru - your data will then be deleted.

5. Where Data Is Stored and How It's Protected

personal data is stored and processed on servers located within the territory of the Russian Federation;
no cross-border transfer of personal data takes place;
encryption in transit (HTTPS), access restrictions, and logging of data access are all applied.

6. Who Data Is Shared With

No one. Data is not sold, not passed to third parties, and not used for mailing lists without your request. Only the Bureau's owners have access to it.

7. Cookies and Analytics

The site uses cookies: technical ones (for the chat and site to function) and statistical ones (Yandex Metrica - anonymized visit statistics, processed on Yandex's servers within Russia). Cookies can be disabled in your browser settings; the site will remain functional.

8. Retention Period

Data is retained for as long as work on your inquiry is ongoing, and no longer than three years from the last contact, after which it's deleted. If consent is withdrawn, data is deleted immediately.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to request information about how your data is processed, to demand that it be corrected, blocked, or deleted (Art. 14, 152-FZ), and to appeal the operator's actions to Roskomnadzor or in court.
