"It's not the fool who's dangerous - it's the fool who thinks he's competent."
"Boss" here is a role, not a hierarchy. The sole proprietorship, the Bitrix partnership, the servers, the contractual liability - all on Dasha. Nobody's "in charge" in our family: she runs the business, the brand, and the clients; Anton runs the tech and the architecture. Neither of them gets far without the other - even when Anton was "retired," he never actually stepped away from her work; the tech side was always his. Everyone in their lane, and that's exactly how it should be.
Her path didn't start with a course or a how-to guide. She worked her way up in an IT company from a junior specialist to head of marketing, and ran her own clothing store on Bitrix on the side. Then she became a top-tier traffic supplier: major advertisers, serious budgets, serious volume. When Telegram ads got blocked and the whole market collapsed in a single day, her business collapsed with it. She didn't give up. She rebuilt - and this time, it was hers.
The voice of the brand. Full-cycle content marketing and social media, from strategy to the post that hits the top. Content is her final call: "almost good" doesn't make the cut.
She runs every platform separately - Telegram, VK, MAX, Pikabu - each with its own tone and format, never one piece of copy pasted everywhere. She grew a Pikabu presence from zero with no budget: front-page posts, tens of thousands of views, hundreds of comments, all built on a proven formula. She's been in Slava Molostov's school for a long time - well before it became trendy.
She works across every format - text, photo, video and reels, carousels, stories - and knows what lands where. She turns dense expertise into content people can actually understand, no corporate jargon. Her analytics are number-driven, not vibe-driven: what works gets doubled down on, what doesn't gets cut.
She's the artist. The taste, the feel, the human face behind everything we make. She sets the brief for the AI tools and ruthlessly filters what comes out. Technology works under her editorial eye, not the other way around.

A God-tier SEO guy, woodpecker syndrome included - I'll peck away until it's perfect; "it works" doesn't satisfy me, "it's good" does. Clients groan at first, then thank me for the rankings.
Former director of an IT company. Disbanded the staff and replaced it with a swarm of AI agents - they don't deny reality, argue with facts, or blow deadlines. I own the architecture and the tricky connections; the agents carry the routine work, around the clock, without complaining.
My specialty is hard problems. I work backwards from the goal and always ask the blunt question first. I find non-standard solutions where everyone else just shrugs - often for free. Call me a professional disaster-whisperer: chaos is my natural habitat, that's where I feel at home. The more hopeless a task looks, the more interesting it gets.
I can't stand paid targeting, seeded posts, and all the other junk that burns a client's budget for nothing. I build systems that bring in clients on their own - through organic growth, automation, and actual thinking, not money dumped into ads.
What I do:
How I work: I don't need hand-holding - I take the task and solve it myself, start to finish. Direct, no sales fluff. Either it's good, or it doesn't happen. I don't make promises - I build and show the result.
I'm always learning: plenty of courses, and right now, "Synthesis Master" by Slava Molostov, second cohort. It got to the point of being funny - on the very course I'm taking, my own work got pulled into its own dedicated lesson block, "Lessons from Anton Vladimirovich." They built course material straight out of my messages in the chat: our shift to running on n8n and AI agents, a four-server setup with 13-16 agents running 24/7, and every legal and technical headache along the way. Learning and teaching at the same time, without ever planning it that way.
A smart home running on n8n, a booking bot for a clinic, a store with zero managers, a Telegram Mini App instead of a mobile app. We've never once said "that's impossible."
A call - we look at how the business runs today and where time and money are leaking out.
The automation blueprint, the tech stack, timeline, and expected outcome - all on paper before we start building.
Development, configuration, integrations. No unnecessary back-and-forth - we build straight to the agreed plan.
A run-through on real data, team training, delivery with full documentation.
The system's running - we stay reachable. We fine-tune, update, and scale it as needed.
Just walk away from the mechanism - and it breaks down on its own.
We might just not have written it up yet. Tell us the job - we'll figure it out.
